Allison Koschak
Prior to starting LawPartner, Allison was the Director of Human Resources for McGuire Woods LLP, an AmLaw 100 law firm based in Richmond, Virginia with approximately 750 lawyers and 15 offices. Before joining McGuire Woods, Allison worked in the political arena on both the House and Senate side, primarily in the area of Personnel Management and Constituent Services. She also worked in the areas of Human Resources and Education for several years prior to that.
Ms. Koschak has an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Hollins University and received a graduate degree in Education from the University of California at Berkeley. Allison's varied background enables her to consult with firms on all aspects of people management and human resources as well as recruiting/placement.
Michael R. Koschak
Mike Koschak has over 17 years experience in the legal field. Mike has held senior management positions with several law firms including McGuire Woods LLP, Hunton&Williams and McCandlish Kaine. Prior to entering the legal field, Mike was Director of Financial Reporting for Pacific Bell in San Francisco, California.
Mike has an undergraduate degree in Business from the University of Minnesota and an M.B.A. from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California. In addition to recruiting, Mike's business and legal experience enable him to consult on financial and budgetary issues/projects for law firms across Virginia.
